Frank Bruno is the founder and CEO of Earth Face Ag. A third-generation American entrepreneur, Frank has spent eight years helping grow Veritas Administrators, his family’s boutique insurance claims management company, into a name synonymous with quality in the trucking and heavy-equipment niche.

His path to regenerative agriculture began with a five-year, unexplained illness that he overcame largely by changing his diet. This experience revealed how little ‘real food’ is in the standard American diet which sparked an obsession with the state of America’s food supply and how it is grown. Frank and his wife, Michelle, live on a five-acre farm in Peotone, Illinois, where they grow apples, pears, grapes, blackberries, black walnuts, asparagus, and much more alongside their two daughters.
